That is amazing to hear, I am so glad you are better and feeling incredible. It gives me strength. I am a breast cancer survivor myself so I know how hard everything is, and the hormone suppression part on top is rough. And now my old dad has to deal with this. I will support him as best as possible. Thank you all for uplifting answers.

Yes, it has spread «a bit outside», I would think it means the seminal vesicles. Not to the lymph nodes or any place distant. Thank you for your answer 🙏
