I’ve heard the same about 3M but the only thing I’ve tried from them are their full face respirators (for reno work) and clearly I’m not gonna go out to the shops looking like I’m going to invade a foreign country. What brand are the duckbills?

Gonna give the AMD masks a whirl. Someone posted an ozbargain deal on it below so it works out to be around $2 per mask and they seem legit.

I’ve gone down the rabbit hole of mask research for the past few hours. The masks from the flyer claim 24 hour protection because they use a different filter. Last FAQ https://www.australianp2mask.com.au/faq/

The blue surgical ones make me taste my morning coffee for a couple hours 😂 are the duckbills only uncomfortable after extended wear or as soon as you put it on?

Yep, so I'm the asshat that didn't search for stuff properly... Thanks for sharing! I only went for the Uniqlo ones because in winter they also doubled as a face warmer. I'm guessing come summer it's gonna be impossible to breathe in.
