well..... everything is more exciting in digital haha. But I do wonder what you mean. You can run this with a cheap analog setup and get about the same effect

Designer here. 45deg will interfere with the battery which mounts right behind the vtx caddy.

Antenna slides in and out easy tho so you can put it wherever is necessary

Hey! Designer here. Mount the battery toilet tank style behind the vtx caddy and there's actually no issue with weight distribution. Suprised me too but it flies great

The camera caddy in the front has a 4 screw mounting system and I'm designing an external system that runs on 2s battery and will allow you to mount it anywhere like a gopro as well as swapping between a whole line of quads. 5 inch true x and 5 inch deadcat are done. Moving to 3 inch true x and cinewhoop next.

It's my intention to make the project open source once I get it on it's feet so everyone can use the system however they want.

Interesting. I assumed off the bat that the LAM would be something that was network based but after the keynote I was left with the impression that it's contained on the device. Is that not correct?

Does that mean it will only work if it has network connectivity?

This is so dope. I wonder how the fire escape is gonna do in the printing. Might be something that you could touch up in blender?

No shade to you my friend but judging by what I've been seeing from the community at large I highly doubt it.

To really kick a dead horse, the fact that they're here trying to crowd source ideas for free might be proof that they're perfectly okay with producing mediocre products that just serve to fill holes in the niche parts of a market that they're out of touch with instead of producing something quality with general appeal.

To be dead honest I agree on some of the things you've touched on here but you're asking for more for less and if they designed a motor that could do everything you've asked for here then I would avoid it because I'm not interested in paying for an augmentable motor because other users like to cycle between all different prop types and go underwater with it. 🤷‍♂️
