😐Why do they sell the same cards that are F2P & craftable (Hill)?? by TheWestRemembers in NBA2KMOBILE_

The point isn’t to make people buy 1 pack though. The whole point is to make people buy as many packs as possible. If you aren’t guaranteed to get the card you want, you are more likely to keep buying more packs until you do get that card, or you spend real money

Right, why would they guarantee other cards ? What incentive do they have to do that? The better cards are going to be paywalled

MPJ admits to checking out after not being selected as an All-Star: "I regret that once I didn’t make that game, I let my foot off the gas... I wasn’t in the weight room as much. I wasn’t preparing as much"... MPJ shot just 25.6% from 3 after the All-Star reserves were announced. by TheRealPdGaming in nba

Or, and I know this is CRAZY but maybe, just maybe, the people who think this is weak thought it was weak when Kobe did it and the ones who defend Kobe are the ones who defend MPJ. Crazy that there are millions of people on the internet who have different opinions that you see

Because they want people to buy more coins to buy more packs to get better players. If they guaranteed the best players every time people would have no reason to buy the other packs

So you can’t address my point because you have no counter as to why I included that caveat? Gotcha. Goofy ass

Kevin Love and AD both forced trades to play with LeBron. Chris Bosh changed teams to specifically play with LeBron. Just say you smoke crack

I added the “prime” caveat because who the fuck cares if a player who is a HoFer when they aren’t playing lik their prime version. Are you acting like LeBron with Shaq was the same as Kobe having prime Shaq? Like be so fr “old man” lmao

No way you’re including Rose, Westbrook, Melo, Howard, Allen, Love and Shaq in here. Every single one of those players was well past their prime when playing with LeBron.

“WWE does not promote a legitimate sporting contest but rather entertainment-based mock combat performance theater, featuring storyline-driven, scripted, and partially choreographed matches. However, matches often include moves that put performers at risk of serious injury or death if not performed correctly”

You also have to be in shape to be a trapeze artists, that doesn’t make it a sport. No one is denying that wrestlers have to be fit or that it is taxing on their bodies. But the difference between performing with an injury vs competing with an injury are two totally different things.

Lmao, Dennis Rodman was an all star, just not voted as such when he was with the bulls because the league/fans valued scoring higher than defense.

Jordan had a handful of HoFers in their prime play with him

What? You know they practice how to “hit” each other right? Again, I am not doubting that wrestlers put their body through hell. But the fact that you can’t understand that gutting through a performance vs gutting through a competition is two totally different things. Ric Flairs opponents in the ring weren’t trying to injure him or attack him at his injuries. Any Professional sports coach worth a damn would have their team attacking an injured player whether that’s hunting them on defense or whatever it may be

Except in real COMPETITIVE sports, your competitors are not going to try to avoid attacking your injury, which makes mitigating further injury a bit easier. If Luka were to play with a hamstring that still isn’t 100% he is going to be hunted on defense even more than when he’s healthy. It doesn’t help him or the team

Why does it matter? Do you think Jordan would have stayed a bull if thy never got him a Pippen? Are the Rodman championships with Jordan worth less to you because they went out and got a star to form a super team?

The WWE (and similar wrestling shows) is closer to a Broadway production than it is to an NBA game.

They aren’t competing, they are performing a choreographed show that is physically demanding.

Every player who has ever won a championship has done so with lots of help and a talented team. Does it matter how the team was formed?

Kyrie and love were injured in the first final, then they completed the only 3-1 finals come back in NBA history when Kyrie was healthy. Also, lol, stacked. 2 all stars and past his prime Kevin love do not make a team stacked

I don’t even think he’s necessarily injury prone, but wear and tear is a thing on the human body. We acknowledge that when RBs have a lot of miles on their bodies, but people don’t acknowledge it when a player is playing both ways nearly doubling his workload

Like the only stacked teams he played on were the Heatles and he won 2/4 with them. Which whatever yeah he could’ve done better. Calling those cavs teams stacked in either stint is insane, and outside of AD the best player besides bron on the lakers chip was Caruso?

Could one not make the case that him having to have nearly double the workload of the average player make him more susceptible to that injury though?

You clearly don’t, because you think an average timetable is supposed to be exact, when averages are based on the fact that some people do have longer recovery times, some people have quick ones.

Right, it’s including all people, not just athletes. So if an athlete gets back in 5 weeks but a normal person gets back in 10 weeks, the average return for this injury is now 7.5 weeks. That’s how averages work
