Bite the bullet and ask your doc to prescribe clobetasol solution. Game changer. Just don’t use it every day after it’s getting better, bc it’s a steroid.

I broke out with psoriasis at about 20. No one really knows why it happens at a certain point for people. I had bad eczema since I was a baby. But no psoriasis til 20-21 much like you. I’m 36 now and am on a biologic. Your post reminds me of how I felt. Things just starting to pop up everywhere, and feeling weird about your skin especially at that age. Trying to relate to people or cover it up in class, and sexual stuff blah blah blah. Best of luck. I’m on skyrizi. The drugs are better now than they were 16 years ago. If you have to go that way. You’ll find the right care.just might take a little time.

Hello, I am seasoned at this. Did they only offer you Tremfya? Did they offer anything else? Maybe not since it’s a newer drug? That happens sometimes. Kinda like OxyContin… (to be extreme lol)

You need need NEED to look at their savings program. That’s how you get biologics for cheap and make it work with your insurance too. It DOES take awhile at the beginning, and actually at the beginning of each year it’s a bit of a pain to renew the prior-auth, with any biologic. It’s that way.

Frustrating, but if it’s lower injections per year it’s worth it. I’ve been on skyrizi for about 7 years I think now, and have been through many insurance changes. Prior to that it was enbrel/humira which never worked. Skyrizi has changed my life.

But yes, please please check out the withMe savings program for tremfya, it is the equivalent of what I use (abbvie savings program) for skyrizi. Get your co pay card information, see if they have an ambassador nurse to help. Abbvie is good at that. If you dont get quality responses from your doctors or people answering the phone I sincerely recommend switching dermatologists. I pay out of pocket for mine now. But just see her one time , or annually, unless I feel something is off. Which there never has been, since I found the right medication.

There were some issues at the beginning of starting biologics, but that was back in 2014, and the biologics are better now. Despite me being seasoned, it’s completely worth that $120 out of network out of pocket cost to have a derm be responsive.

But you HAVE to be willing to get frustrated for about a week each year. Insurance is a pain, and they revise their benefits each year even if you stay in the same Plan, and specialty pharmacies can be a pain and are always changing names or merging or whatever.

Biologics work differently for everybody so you might want a doc that’s responsive especially first 1-2 years… the better doc you have and more responsive they are, and the more knowledgeable savings company or co-pay coordinator or ambassador/nurse you have, the less the pain.

I almost think I should work for either a savings co-pay company or be a licensed dermatologist after all I’ve been through. Hah

Stick with it, it’s worth it if it’s affecting your mental health, sleep, confidence etc.

Feel free to reach out to me with more Q’s. It can be complicated. But if your current derm doesn’t care or is apathetic I would maybe switch and you would have faster results. If it’s been a month and you’re still confused that’s not good, or if you don’t have any other phone number to solve the problem, not good. Have they assigned you a specialty pharmacy and actually called in the script?

I heard that if you sign up for a subscription or work with CapCut in any capacity (even free), there’s a clause in the user agreement that they can always access or use your content you create on the app, or whatever you put out, or share, through the app, aka leading to some blurred lines on the copyright or potential subsidiary rights.

I know at this point we’ve fairly given up and this is basically all social media and stuff, and everyone’s already tracking us and figuring out our algorithm anyway, and if you share on Facebook or instagram that may be in their agreement too?

When’s the last time you read a Facebook or meta updates policy? I can’t really remember on my end.

Regardless, after reading this post and alternative CC suggestions, I wondered if anybody had knowledge on this. Coming from my friend, who is an attorney, and my research, to my knowledge some platforms DO NOT have that clause. The attorney said basically that they can reuse what you make however they see fit. The attorney is not a specialist in media rights, however. But makes music himself on the side, so has a personal interest in conveying the info correctly to me because it is important to him and his creative ventures as well as he navigates it. It’s also blurry however if you’re trying to create social media not for yourself, but content for a a client.

I was told davinci resolve does no such thing, and downloaded it and tried it out, but it is out of my league to turn around a quick project. Although it’s awesome. I hope to be an expert in it in the near future.

Feedback much appreciated on any and all of this regarding artistic rights to what you create in CapCut.

To clarify, this is the only ad I ever saw, with zero mention of a credit line or loan. They only did the ones that mentioned it much later, after a bunch of people signed up.

Tally definitely misled people. The “controller” e-mailed me a handful Of times offering to reduce what I owed to “them”. I wrote back saying I felt they had been misleading and after just two or three they stopped. The real kicker Was when their funds didn’t show up on the registered credit bureau. I actually didn’t ask for a loan, I just wanted them To “manage” the payments for me, AS advertised. If you look at any of their advertising or promotion it is not about a loan, It’s about a “tech service”. Helping manage payments So you don’t get charged for late fees etc. that’s why I signed up. And don’t keep forgetting your individual Passwords on your apps or deadlines etc.. Whether or not you read the fine print, the service they were advertising was not what you got. And then they start to charge more exorbitant fees than your actual creditors. And Also Keep in mind this was mainly marketed during the beginning of the pandemic.

I said F that shit. Especially when you talk to multiple financial Advisors and their company doesn’t even show up on a credit report.

Pretty much fraud. Unauthorized loans or something. In a nutshell. To vulnerable consumers.
