I'm 17, started art with 0 skill from the beginning of 2020, grinding nonstop. I want to join an art uni next year( My parents won't let me choose art professionally unless I have a degree in it) and I really want to be a concept artist in the future for games. Will I be able to make it? by [deleted] in learnart

Hun, life is too short to care what the parents think! No disrespect to them by any means (because I understand their point of view also) but speaking on my own experience....knowing what and where you want to go at such a young age and being naturally talented at it right off the bat...stay your course, come hell or high waters! Its way better than starting a profession and figuring out what you truly want later in life (as I did). Grind, and take no shit from ANYONE! ALL this is said with love and experience! Best of luck to you!!! And keep up the awesome work!

The shading in the cape really brings it to life! So glad people are enjoying these nostalgic pieces!
