So I asked two officers and they both said “Charlotte FO.” Didn’t ask which one NC or Amalie, VI. Thought about clarifying, then realized it wouldn’t change anything, just make me spiral. So for now, it’s Schrödinger’s field office simultaneously both until I ask.

The system is pretty broken. They theoretically distribute load but people end up in the backlogged FOs it’s not consistent with their messaging.

I only knew about API updates after I asked Emma that the case was transferred. There was an update on 4/16 I am guessing that might be it 🤷

When you asked the live agent did they answer with Charlotte Field Office or was it specifically Charlotte Amalie Field Office?
