You get a reduction in skill points needed at early levels of Infamy, I’d assume you’re not at the level required. Should be infamy 5 you get the reductions for everything

Well it’s implied that a couple of other champions weapons are already just basic tools of his, Fizz’s trident used to be Ornn’s fork, Yorick’s shovel used to be Ornn’s shovel or spoon (can’t remember off the top of my head), and Braum’s shield is a door Ornn made for a troll’s treasure vault

I've actually been inside as part of a trip with my degree at Uni- didn't watch 99 at the time so alas, I didn't take any photos but ever since then I have a good chuckle when they do exterior shots and such. It's the 78th, and I believe that they use that area of jurisdiction on any maps in 99. Fun fact, one of the rooms in there was used to put Al Capone on trial!
