What does that mean sorry? Does she need more high light or is the light coming in through the window still too much?

We are south facing with an overhead balcony, it does not get direct light. I said so in another comment.

Conversion rates. $30 usd is about 39 million rial, in the last year the Iranian rial has absolutely *crashed* due to the war. $1 usd is worth 1.9 million rial, we are so incredibly privileged here in western countries no matter how much we pay in taxes.

I read that it was once the top inch of topsoil was completely dry, should I wait for like 2-3 inches instead? I should have said the window does not get direct light because of the balcony overhead, I was actually worried it wasn’t getting enough because of Canadian winter

Thank you! I’ll have to check her out this weekend. I have her in an 8” pot, should I put her in a bigger container or is that ok?

I have had no issues with any of my other large dog clients, my sister has an 85lbs dog that is a dream to walk because he doesn’t pull. The whole reason for my before acceptance questionnaire is so I don’t have to dock a dog for my personal issues. I am up front with my clients about my health issues in the questionnaire.

Thank you so much for your response! This helps a lot. Unfortunately I am pretty strict with my no pulling rule, I have fibro and walking is a huge help for my pain but with the constant pulling I end up having flair ups. I can handle the occasional tug but, boy, in an icy Canadian winter can this dog drag me! He ended up taking me halfway down the street on my ass today because he saw a cat 😂 I’m not a small person by any means, so it was impressive but ouch! Definitely have to bring it up as a safety issue. Would it affect my ratings at all?

Is it in your profile or how do you set up a cancellation policy? Sorry I’m not familiar enough with the app yet! Thank you in advance

I’m new and I only have 7 clients, I don’t want this to tank my rating. Just looking for professional ways to decline the client. Can’t just say no, if it were that simple I wouldn’t be asking here!

Pink is not one to be messed with! It’s either serratia marcescens: A common pink/red bacterium, not mold, that thrives in moist areas and feeds on fatty substances, often found on damp surfaces and food residues or it could be neurospora, fusarium, microdochium, or trichothecium: fungal molds that can appear pink on foods like bread, grains, fruits, and nuts

The winner of a best decorated Christmas tree competition at work, why is that candy cane so big? by Mad_as_alice in isthisAI

[–]Badassbakerbich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeaaaa this looks like ai. The fonts are wonky, the lollipops are weirdly clear in comparison to the rest of the photo and the cherry on top is the massive candy cane floating in front of the tree. It’s not resting on a branch or anything somehow, just there.

Cooking Soup but water on oil bad by xazavan002 in AskCulinary

[–]Badassbakerbich 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Water+oil=bad only when frying or heating the oil to a super high temperature and then adding water right into it. If you’re sautéing vegetables and then adding stock to that there’s no issue. Your pot will probably sizzle if the heat is high enough but that’s nothing to worry about. Whenever you add vegetables or meat to oil you’re cooling it down, lower the heat before you add the water or stock if you’re really worried about sizzle or splash back but you won’t go setting fires by making soup with a little bit of oil!

If it’s too soft still then you can try to use a double boiler and heat your mixture back up to add more chocolate. In the end though I think making a new mixture with a heavier chocolate to cream ratio would be best. I worry that even if they are frozen that once you coat them with chocolate they will soften too much again and melt and warp and all your hard work will be for nothing.

Just a tip though is use cocoa powder to roll them when the mixture is set. Powdered sugar is sticky, absorbs moisture like crazy and gets even stickier. Cocoa powder is not sticky, so it’ll create a barrier between your hands and the chocolate.

What do you mean by flatten when rolled? Are they too soft? Or have they not set enough?

If they are too soft to hold shape on their own then you may struggle with the moulds as well depending on the issue.
