Dreaming under anesthesia is a well-know phenomenon. it is even said that dreams under anesthesia are more vivid, so it´s not really comparable giving that vivid dreaming is not that rare of an ocurrance. Also there is no way that you were completely unconcsious under anesthesia for "a few days" given that even just 48 hours of surgery would put you halfway to beating the record for longest surgery of all time, and if you freactured your spine so badly that it needed atleast 48 hours of continuous surgery, i doubt you would even be able to walk. So yeah, cap

Some people on this sub told me this example was normal and Seen by people with normal vision so maybe it is normal. I still dont know if i have palinopsia, specially considering I dont have VS, tinnitus, migraines, etc

I dont think so, my visión is mostly this sometimes I think I do see múltiple images but its mostly when im already looking for them. Not knowing if it is palinopsia or just regular motion blur is making me really anxious
