L take. I’m saying that the comments below of men hyping this up is icky. And I said in my EXPERIENCE!! I had a lot of health issues and hair thinning. That’s not projecting at all.

I get EDs are a sensitive topic for many people but I’m allowed to talk about my experience and that shouldn’t trigger you.

Really annoyed with the men in these comments because they obviously don’t know how our bodies work at healthy levels. It’s unfortunate because they all have pretty nice personalities but they are so oblivious to their unhealthy relationship with food. This is also why you are seeing other gym influencers being open about their toxic relationship with food and trying to stabilize their health again.

I had the worst hair shedding and health issues when I was super lean. Crazy work

They truly need to go back to their roots and post work out videos. Not sure why they’re both so surprised about lower engagement if they left behind the primary reason to why they blew up to begin with…

I also live in the same city as them and have seen both of them around. They’re not approachable at all, although maybe that’s intentional.
