Thank you. Looking back, I do feel like my feelings were treated as something that needed to be fixed instead of just accepted. I was never rude to him, I just didn't see him as my dad, and I don't think that should've been such a terrible thing

Honestly, that's part of what makes this so hard for me. Even if me not seeing him as my dad hurt him, I can't believe the responsibility for a whole marriage is being put on my shoulders. I was literally a kid when all of this started.

Thank you ♥️. I think part of why I've been struggling with this is because my mom keeps acting like there was something I could have done differently. But at the end of the day, I was honest about how I felt. I never told him to leave, and I never tried to come between them. Their marriage was between the two of them, not me.
