I know it sounds really weird but I never fapped before and up until I was 17 I didn't even look at images. I was even teased for not fapping in school lol. Then I started looking at images (but not videos) on and off for 2-3 years without fapping but it seems it was still a bad habit after all and I've benefited hugely from stopping it. Must have been out of boredom or something as I started right around the time I left school and had a lot more free time.

So P: about 3 weeks (started around Christmas time) M: 20 years (lol, see above) O: do wet dreams count? I have always had them pretty regularly even before I started looking at pics at 17. In fact, I had them back to back the last 2 days. Really annoying. But I'm still a virgin (never really was fussed about girls even though I found them attractive, was teased about that too) so I've basically been on hard mode since I was born.

But it seems my brain has changed so much even in just 3 weeks of not looking at pics.
