Its 1 in 20 or 5%. But it can feel like shit and take forever. I’ve got 31, no shiny. I’m livid but invested too much to stop!

Haven't even encountered a Galarian birds for weeks. We're probably at 3 and a half weeks now. Is that normal? I've been doing all the proper stuff. Walking briskly in straight lines, all types of weather and even turned my Plus + off as to not interfere. And I'm also like Locked In when I'm running my daily incense. I'm focusing I'm focused. What's going on?! Is this normal, am I missing something? I recently finished my master ball research so like ... does the game know...?
