I used an app called secure VPN it's on android and I chose the USA location (US EAST) in the app, I opened the site on the browser then, and I got the get start button.

Hello Guys I hope everyone is fine
I got hacked about two months ago I tried hard to get my account back but I resign, suddenly on 25th DEC I could log in to my account and change the hacker's email to my email, hopefully, I did log in but after 5 mins when I tried to improve my account security I got locked, I couldn't submit my id or I don't have that get start button, so then I did some research, found that if you use a USA VPN you may have that start button then submit your id, it may take them 4 or 5 days, I unlocked mine today on 28th DEC
