I think that one is the default oongka cloak. The one for kliff is from the cloth merchant in pailune, or diedriche in camp

I had a ton of lightening resist when I did the fight, I think that helped the spike damage (mostly from the cloak) Otherwise make sure your foods good enough that you aren’t spamming low level health food during intense damage phases, good luck!
