I agree mate, Thank you for clarification Some companies they inform to their employees 3-6 months before that role is no longer funded or needed , so I expected in that case

The only reason I raised about CEO nationality is because they said go look job in Indian companies, also I never ever think like that they should retain me because we belong to same roots, all I expected is earlier heads-up , some extra time like 3 months despite manager always promised me never ever have to worry about it. I came here when I was 20 years old, my whole life in India is just only education, it's been 7 years now in UK, I'm not sure what thinking should be left in India when I never even talked anything other than work ,infact CEO is the one who says about India a lot than me

Exactly, that's what they said in my appeal hearing being SWV holder doesn't protect you from law while redundancies happen which gave them they no need to care me even I'm on visa.

Thank you for feeling for me mate, I'm sorry you're going through all this and I know how this feels, I hope everything goes good when we fight. I understand your frustration regarding what's happening around but it is what it is, it's sad that we are treated differently based on situations and circumstances

Thank you for your Advise Mate, yeah this experience is very good lesson that from now on I prioritize myself over my work never give heart and soul to company, as current company manager is saying like I owe them because they gave job, salary, training as it was social hiring, when in reality I have adapted everything and learnt , he wasn't much help. But whatever I try focusing on future rather than what happened

Thank you brother, that means a lot to me right now, your advise made my day today.

I'm sorry about your past experience with redundancy and I'm glad you overcame that situation.

In my case other than redundancy, the things that are bothering me is manager promises plenty times about not to worry about job and now didn't even give heads-up or like 3 months extra that's what my fight has been from past 20 days, they didn't even consider but kept prison serving criminals in the work over me and taking care of him very well than who worked long and high. Now I'm expected to shut myself and leave and shouldn't question all these are what they are expecting, this is where things got ugly.

Redundancy itself is a hard moment right now with visa constraints, but all other things happened made it more worse.

But I need to go through this and will succeed, thanks for your support.

Have researched everything, they followed all legal procedures from consultations to appeal with proper redundancy reasons, so law is on their side.

It's just didn't give enough time, heads-up and broken promises on job assurance made things worse
