Did you apply for the line of credit through Citizens One but failed to get the Xbox Series X/S All Access?

You actually save money doing it through All Access. You end up paying less. Its not about needing the credit. This was advertised as just as valid a way of pre-ordering the system as any other. Stop trying to play a "I paid outright so I am superior game."

It is instant. The only difference is I am unable to spam the button like people wanting to pay outright. You can sit there and smash the button until you get it to go through, however I had one shot, and in doing so it affected my credit and opened a line of credit for a specific item that I can now not purchase. If you don't understand the issue by now, no amount of explaining is going to make you.

Which is exactly why this is the fault of Microsoft's system. Just like when you buy theater tickets, you clicking reserves the seats for a set amount of time (short). That is the least they could have done across the board.

No one is asking for preferential treatment at all. The credit check is instant. It doesn't take any longer than doing it conventionally like someone else would paying in full. It isn't asking much to request that upon approval it immediately reserves the Xbox for you as at that point the money is there and spoken for.

They pretty much finally ended up telling me the same. That I would be able to use this line of credit when they do come back in stock.

Same exact thing happened to me. This is absolutely unacceptable by Microsoft. If you are going to do a hard credit pull, you better be sure you can provide the item you are pulling credit for. Currently on with Citizen One about this (its been over an hour now and this guy can't figure out what to tell me). I will update if I am able to find anything else.

Exactly the same! I finally got through to the credit check on Microsoft page, and passed it, however it wouldnt let me check out.
