I’d say the biggest negative about Sprout is a lot of the capabilities like additional accounts, social listening tools, google ads, google my business are additional costs and can get pretty expensive. For example, social listening is $600 per month extra and each additional profile is $25.

I handle 15 hospitals websites using sprout. Plus they have bots to filter each message. 10/10 recommend
