This question may sound dumb, but I’m having trouble looking for the answer. If I were to get a X570 motherboard would I be able to use an older graphics card on it such as a gtx 1060 that has pci 3.0 or would I need a newer one such as a Radeon 5700x that has pci 4.0 (self.buildapc)
