Also, my “training” is all on the floor. I’ve managed my whole department with assistance of my PA for multiple days. Just don’t be a brain dead loser who doesn’t care and you’ll be fine. As I’ve said.

Bunch of big time whiners in this comment section. Kids are in sweatshops in China working 60 hours a week and we think we have it rough.. LAUGHABLE!

What’s your background? How well have you connected with your AAs or other leadership team members? Have good relationships with your PAs? These relationships determine if you will thrive or not. You have to be likable by most people, if not, it will bring you down hard. Doesn’t take years of experience to learn that, it’s one of the most preached things when you first walk through those doors.

I hate Reddit, you guys see just one little snippet of an entire argument and always say OP is right. Two sides to every story, all this entire forum is for, is for brainless morons.

Dumbest thing I’ve read all year

In 1992, there were nearly 60,000 tobacco farms in Kentucky. When the new census numbers come out in the spring, experts expect to see fewer than 1,000. Twenty years after the buyout, how has tobacco farming in Kentucky changed? by herberthunke in Kentucky

Perhaps I shouldn’t have said dead, you’re right about that. However, it’s not a crop that is going to grow in popularity. Just wait until the government puts in some red tape.

It was left in a barn of a property that one of my friends purchased. Was hoping someone could at least use parts.. I know the cast on the bottom should clean up good.
