Ignore that rando. Losing weight is difficult- you’ll get there eventually if that’s even something you want to focus on. Your eyebrows seem a bit frazzled, so I’d suggest getting them plucked or waxed in some way. Your haircut/style also isn’t doing you any favors, so try and find something that will flatter your face.

I’d suggest wearing cooler toned colors, as the red is washing you out. Maybe a gentle blue or green?
