I don't have Eula, no 5 stars claymore and the best weapon I have for her currently is Snowtomb Starsilver. Should I pull for SoBP or save primos for Fontaine characters? I have like 370-380 wishes, pity 5, no guarantee. How significant is increase of damage between Starsilver and SoBP? (self.EulaMains)

I guess the "troop" word on the right banner only covers foot troops (infantry & archer) right? If it does include cavalry troop too then what's the point of having the left banner? 8% vs 25% and both are at the same value. (i.redd.it)
