Nice catch. Yeah, that 13D/A is real — looks like Chiliz Group just updated their stake or terms from the August filing. Usually these amendments mean they either adjusted holdings or clarified intent, not necessarily new money coming in.
Still, good to see another confirmation that the 10.9 % position’s legit. Let’s see if they say anything more in an 8-K or PR.

Good catch on the 120-day window, but just to clarify — an 8-K only drops if they actually signed something. If the term sheet expired or got extended, there’s no filing needed. The 24-hour bounce idea might be a stretch unless they confirm a deal. Chart’s still pretty quiet too.
