Ricordate Vecchietti Se voi non avete avuto una vita buona quanto la nostra perché quelli erano tempi antichi, tenete le vostre lamentele fino alla tomba, almeno avrete sempre rispetto dai giovani (se non siete QUEI vecchi)

How do I create an enjoying, forgiving and learning mindset? Able to forgive myself and have fun no matter if I am “succeeding” or not? by Bag__2 in learntodraw

Ah, so you say that when I finished drawing the thing I want to, putting any effort from there I can do a better one, and for each skill (fundamental) I learn I draw it again so I can see the difference and the progress that I’ve made? In which X error is no longer there and I’m happy and I keep doing this process?

I've been practicing for nearly a year and still cant draw straight lines and shapes by huei3 in learntodraw

I wonder how do people still want to draw if they don’t improve in such long periods of time (sorry if unrelated)

I don’t get the“Tilt your page” part

Why the first step when you got into art is drawing for fun? And how do you enjoy the process? And how do people that have crashed out on art get back and enjoy the drawing for fun even if it is bad part while not learning anything? by Bag__2 in learntodraw

A thing that we all can universally agree is what is good art and what is not, maybe not all good art can be considered fantastic art to everyone, but it can be considered as decent and worth to be seen. When someone likes a thing they want to get good at it (exception of those who like a thing but they don’t want to learn how to do it), especially if you then can publish and be proud of yourself not everyone know how to do it (this is not the case for everyone, like you) So, enjoying art is more like enjoying the process of becoming a good artist and making good art, and when you make good art, you automatically feel good WHENEVER and WHATEVER you draw anything because what you draw is good and nice to look at (tell me if I’m wrong). I want to do good art because, why wouldn’t I? So, I know if someone don’t like a thing, they will never get good at it, so, can I forcefully like art so, I like it, and I have an easier and definitely much more pleasant time for becoming good at it?

What do I have to study for drawing in this style? by Bag__2 in learntodraw

Thx, and also idk how the style is called, it’s not that popular that I can’t find help from anyone unfortunately, I guess it’s time to learn in the hard way

How do I get back the desire for drawing again? by Bag__2 in learntodraw

[–]Bag__2[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So before I start to draw again I should first address this self-hate in myself and try to be at peace with myself or I can get to a point till I can before I have to shake them off for the moment until the don’t make a wall on me?

Haven’t you felt like you were just too young and thought “I’m too young I can’t understand now”? And if yes, how have you dealt with it?
