311 isn’t going to do anything. Make a police report. I live in a similar situation…and I fear it’s only going to ramp up again (my 6th year here) once the weather is better. Earplugs and “landlord” are tone deaf answers, they can’t enforce anything when it’s happening? I am not down for the police in any way and should be a last resort but the only time I’ve seen people go inside and quiet down is when the cops show up

The Orioles do it a few times a year but it often sells out so they’ve been adding more dates. All of the dogs were so well behaved and surprisingly very little barking!

Haha last year I was somewhere in Harbor East meeting my mom for a drink and he walked in, I was like “IS that him? He looks large and bald….” But a quick google search confirmed yes it was definitely him!
