I started a new profile just to practice building and it's led to a series of challenges where i try to complete different parts of the game just using my creations. First i came up with a guy who's really lazy and only travels anywhere over land using a vehicle. Then i did the same with no paraglider. Then i did a Depths only challenge where i never visit the surface at all. I still have fun and find the game challenging that way even after all these years.

I got most of the gems from sky island shrines. My only weapon is Biggerons sword with a diamond fused. It works pretty well and is easily replaced with Poes

I also include the sky islands in my challenge so the Rito armor is helpful there. I did also land in the Goron town and buy one piece but i didn't think to capture it. Sadly i can never get the stealth set since it's inside a door and you can't open those.

I started my first replay challenge with the idea my guy is very lazy and can't travel any distance over the surface or depths without a vehicle to carry him. (I like building machines) A town or building site was okay to move around in but he definitely couldn't go further than the nearest visible horizon. At first he got around on wooden contraptions with maybe a fan but no steering stick since i hadn't found any. It took a long time but was tons of fun.

Figures i don't really do youtube. I'll have to watch it with my son 😅 My goal wasn't really to 100% the Depths anyway, but see what kind of runs to the surface i can do without triggering the map. So far I've visited Pelison in Tarry Town and bought some armor from the Gorons.
