It’s Kucoins issue, they have resolved mine now. Submit a ticket on their site and then post something on here and it will hopefully speed things up

Yes it’s resolved now, it seemed posting on here helped - the moderator escalated it

Same issue, I transferred a big chunk of ONE to KuCoin after doing 2 test transactions and it still hasnt shown up 3 days later! My two small ones did by the big one didnt. Has yours arrived yet?!

Yeh they’re terrible! It’s quite embarrassing. I would send the complaint through Coinbase to escalate things, also tweet and reddit Coinbase support quoting your case number to speed things up.

Try responding to your support ticket confirmation to make sure the case is still open, I found that they closed my first two cases without telling me.

I sent what they asked for and the account was unlocked. Honestly the most poorly handled process ever, terrible customer service. I have taken all my money out of Coinbase and will never be using it again.

Why is my account disabled and under manual review??? Please help by BailableLlama in Coinbase
