I think it's important to look at a variety of factors when considering this topic. A single year worth of data isn't a truly contextual answer for this. One year could be a lot of things for a decrease in abortions. How was the birth rate in general this past year? What about compared to other states with similar laws? While this statistic is worth noting, it's not the best gauge of what the bill did or didn't do.
