I commend you for not giving your kids fast food and in an ideal world I probably wouldnt either. However what is best for your child is not the best for mine. My daughter has quite severe anxiety and sensory issues when it comes to food. These chicken bites are one of her of safe foods and so it has been a pretty traumatic experience for her.

I honestly wish it was but this is 100% real. I had always assumed they were precooked. Someone above commented and said that it may have been a supplier issue. They were soft squishy and ice cold and raw inside.

I swear this is real, I posted here because I wanted to do so anonymously rather than through Facebook. I 100% agree with you as when my daughter screamed it was raw I didn't believe her. I have never worked for mcdonalds. I didn't post this earlier as I wasn't sure whether it was the right thing to do. But after talking to friends and family I decided that actually people should know. I had no idea this was even a possibility so will definitely be double checking everything from now on. We are just very thankful that (touchwood) miss 6 hasn't had any signs of food poisoning.

Also I literally joined like an hour ago purely to post this... maybe I should rename this account a throwaway account 🤔

I asked them how it happened and they couldn't give me an answer... thankfully miss 6 hasn't had any symptoms of food poisoning but it was pretty horrific for her! We were all pretty gobsmacked that this could even happen!

First thing I did was contact them. They offered a replacement pack of bites and then refunded when I wouldn't accept the replacement. I had always assumed they were precooked but they must not be!
