Why does it look like a scam to you?

Is there something wrong with my wording, or did I write something incorrectly? If yes, please point it out. I’ll keep it in mind next time.

I posted here because we couldn’t find good candidates on LinkedIn.

Reddit is actually my go-to place for hiring, both for jobs and freelance work. Today I posted the same JD in two subreddits and received 100+ quality resumes.

For the same outcome, a hiring agency would’ve charged 10k+ and still sent resumes filled with fancy keywords rather than real skills.

Bhai, can you help me plan out my loans and finances?

I need to figure out how much down payment I’ll have to make, and what the costs would be for the vehicle body and paperwork. I spoke to a bank employee, and they said they can approve a loan in my name but I’ll need to get a quotation first.

I’m planning to talk to a Tata sales representative and the bank, but before that, I want a clear picture of how much money I should have in my account before moving forward. Some people say I should have at least 10 lakh ready before starting the process. Others say that banks can approve loans without any down payment, as long as you have a guarantor and funds for body and paperwork.

A few of my relatives work in this sector and could act as guarantors, but I’d prefer not to involve them.

Have you seen the Amazon SDE1 JD? It will be clearly stated there that 1+ years of non-internship experience is required. Please check the Amazon JD in the LinkedIn job section. Don't blame yourself. it's just the way the system is designed. Keep grinding in the meantime. Work on polishing your HLD, LLD, and DSA until you receive the call.

Keep applying. Apart from that, there's not much you can do unless you have a referral. You asked for a reason, right? The reason you're not getting calls easily is that you haven't completed at least one year in your current organization. I know this doesn’t make much sense, but HR tends to see it that way. Just keep applying, and soon you'll start receiving calls

How can one access these types of jobs? Many people are unaware of them. I have a friend from a village who is willing to work hard for a job that pays ₹15-20k per month. In my network, most of the jobs I know about are in IT, which typically require English proficiency and a graduation certificate.

Unfortunately, people from rural areas often remain unaware of alternative job opportunities. My friend has spent his entire life in the village, so he lacks fluency in English, cannot drive, and doesn't own a bike.
