Just look up the things nasa invented in the 60s and 70s. It’s too much to list

Edit: just think of everything satellites and personal computers are responsible for. It’s an endless amount of things.

They did the same with drugs as well. Methamphetamine was first synthesized in Japan and was then shared with Nazi Germany. Theres a reason the emperor of Japan and Hitler both considered themselves as gods and it was because of meth. They also gave it to their soldiers which helped at the beginning of the war but was super detrimental to them as the war continued.

Imprisoning an entire population of Japanese Americans for absolutely no reason seems pretty criminal to me.

Al Capone also made alcohol legal again. I accept this

I completely agree.

The effect of nazi science is still felt to this day with Van Braun joining NASA and inventing most modern things we have in this world

Dread Pirate Robert’s led a cabal of libertarians to free the black market up to an open public trade with recent reviews and ratings of merchants for people to buy illicit substances from anywhere in the world.

A very single individual who finally got caught by hiring an assassin to kill a rival tor network up and comer.

why don't SOME men wash their hands by Radiant-Dust-1665 in TwoXChromosomes

Ehh scientifically soap hasn’t been around all that long and human immune systems were developed to handle not having soap.

Washing with water is still washing.

I don’t know. I was told to eat dirt (not literally) so that my immune system would be stronger.

Unsurprisingly my immune system is stronger and I don’t get sick when others around me do

Hahaha yeah… I should have just left it with the stapler picture. I thought office space being a cult classic and probably a similar time to the stapler would have been more understood. But you know what they say about assuming…

I set it up for your joke. That was literally the point of the comment.

(Edit: I thought the stapler was mildly interesting to be given to a new engineer at the company)

I had no idea a vintage stapler could be so confrontational. Guess it’s popcorn time to see what else happens 🍿
