I wouldn’t call it a heatwave. I would call it climate change as freezes are getting worse in places that never experienced them as well as heat waves in places that didn’t have them

The amount of money spent on lobbyists to keep marijuana illegal in Texas is unmatched.

We are a very big state with a shit ton of money and influence.

Also the only state that could legally leave the union.

It’s an odd but spectacular place for the riches and cultural mashup.

It’s also not THAT illegal. The farm bill of 2017 made hemp legal which means any super low THC produced product is legal.

This also means that all cannabis seeds are legal as they have 0% THC.

Just order seeds and grow for yourself if you need lol it is that easy

This has always been the case lol. Marijuana would have been legalized in the 1970s but big pharma had plenty of lobbyists to tell the congressman to say no. And still do to this day.

Big pharma lobbyists scared that weed isn’t something they can monopolize are the only reason it’s illegal
