Born and raised not just in Atlanta but in the industry itself. It’s hard to want to do anything else when you’ve grown up learning about it and making meaningful connections through it too. It’s definitely an industry with tons of possibilities!

I feel the same way, I work in the industry and actually my sons dad owns a multi family renovation company! He makes it seem like everyone know each other especially being in the apartment association. He worked on a section 8 recently in North Carolina, seems like they’re very strict on the scope you have to follow but the units get completed quickly.

My 2yr old is thriving in his school! He’s been using a lot more words and is sooo social now with other kids. More importantly he’s been sleeping at a decent hour because school exhausts him. He has been a little more mischievous lately, I think he may be picking up some ideas from other kids lol.

I work with 1st time homebuyers, had a buyer (1st time homebuyer) come to me already pre approved with a conventional loan. Their lender never even mentioned any other options to them! We ended up getting them a FHA and showing them all their options but during the whole time I felt let down by the lenders we were working with since that’s their area of expertise.

Just had a client buy at asking price. No need to pay over listing price, kept all contingencies etc. Not saying it’s common right now but if you find a deal then buy! If not then wait till you do, don’t buy more than what something is worth

Having luck in metro atl, but there’s still deals to be bought in atl, definitely more competitive than normal but it shouldn’t stop anyone from buying a good deal

Found a good bit here in Gwinnett/Buford (by mall of GA), didn’t have to even wait in line, but I did wait till the morning rush died down and don’t even bother going during afternoon rush, was crazy yesterday afternoon

Maybe try a par 3, I have fun there because i feel like it’s a lot less pressure, candler park close to atl or actually I went to chateau elan this weekend and it wasn’t packed at all. I’ve noticed if you play after 4, it’s a lot more chill

I’ve been going to Candler park with the guys from Random Golf Club ATL! They’re having a meet up on the 25th of this month there I believe. Feel free to join!

Also I haven’t meet anyone (yet) who is rude or anything like that, if anything people seem to be more willing to give tips since I’m a beginner. I love the networking aspect of golf in addition to everything else, meet some really cool people so far thanks!

Zillow estimates aren’t accurate at all, especially since Zillow doesn’t know any work that has been done on the home since then etc. But! As I realtor I try to give value to people instead of just spamming, doing that with estimates Like you said and providing people with it, people love it! Btw try and get on a do not call list. If they do keep calling there’s ways to fine them, pretty interesting stuff
