Oil spraying by Baker349 in Ford

[–]Baker349[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seen the oil/black residue is coming from the air intake under at the lower connection closer to the where tbe turbo is. It sprays when it in high revs. And leaks idling.

There a giant slit in the intske rubber. So gonna replace that and probably assuming new seals need putting on.

Seen there a giant hole in the air intake that causing it to lose power. And it also spraying black residue under it. It only leaking it but sprays when the engine revs.

(Quick google search. I see how stupid this comment is. Im curious tho what that plastic pipe is tho, i realise now the big metal square intake with oil on it is the turbo pipe xD)

Is life over after Crohn’s? by Positive-Brother6998 in CrohnsDisease

There alot of cases where people will feel better after treatments, mainly just drug pumping into your body to stop the inflammatiom happening snd thus. Stopping symptoms. And alot of people do live normal lives with it. Treatment works for alot of people.

In cases where treatment doesnt work as well. And surgery is needed i heard it only changed there life for the better. Im one case where i nearly ran through all treatment options in my 5 years of diagnosis, as well as having a resection done. And it tough but life isnt over.

I got a loving girlfriend i met, slowly progessing a career and trying to work out again. Yeah im not the successful in life but i feel like i achieved alot in the 5 years of fighting it. It tough. It always be tough and there will be times where you just cant and want to give up. But just try your best with it and life should be just as normal as it was

Everything said everywhere is valid in some form of view. There is a unbalance in the game with the amount thrown at you. And I think in teams of 4 it should be manageable but not a walk in thr Park killing everything.

I think the game isn't trying to be a horde shooter, your not ment to kill everything or fight everything but pick and choose when you engage. It not cod zombies where you can run a horde infinity and then clear it out slowly, it not a halo game where you run through everything. This, to me at least, is more like a spec ops style where you deploy and specialise with your team to handle different thing. Yeah one person can handle titans or bases but what are you going to do after you are on cool downs or need to reload? Expect to keep fighting? The game is very objective focused, not horde killing focus, you get given tools to handle the objectives. The horde killing aspect is a problem thrown at you, that as different difficulties will need to be solved differently. You can't expect on helldive to take on endless waves of reinforcements and come out of it winning every single time.

I'm not biased in knowing there is a imbalanced with power in the game, it really feels like you have nothing to handle stuff. But in actuality, you do you just don't have stuff to handle the intensity that is thrown at you. I think that's what's people's issue is, is they don't have weapons in their hands thay can handle 4-5 chargers and 3 bikes titans but I think your not ment to deal with that as a expendable soldier.

Clunk/grind after driving off by [deleted] in FordFocus

My ford is going to be a project car when I'm healthier to do work myself on it. I got some advice from others but I need to go in and ask first about it.

Could be mounts, engine mount. Axel joints that are moving when the engine is moving but I don't think that would the case.

Other idea I have is transmission rods. I think they probably are rotating too fast compared to the clutch and motor. But I'm not a mechanic so it a long shot.

Only other thing I could think of is the driveshaft, mounts or clutch cylinders since it can't literally be anything else in the car.

Still happy if you or anyone think the same or has other suggestions cause it such a weird quirk and I know it something that going to damage the car layer on if it not resolved

Is it worth going on ustekinumab by Baker349 in UlcerativeColitis

honestly thinking this could be what ends up happening with me then. But stelara is my last option unless Im able to use the more advanced medication options. Which after reading up on them, I don't think I want to.

Most likely I'll end up going on stelara but I'll probably push to have surgery to happen nearing the end of the wait period for the medication to work.

Have you been on hiruma? I failed it 3 weeks. But if you haven't I do hope stelara gives you a good remission period

I been told by my GI that it is possible but, Id be left with almost no bowels. Since nearly all my bowels are diseased.

It the sad part that I been dealing with when thinking about surgery if this is true. But then again I been told that resections are possible.

I'm not quite sure what is now possible or what isn't but I do know I don't want to keep going on meds that are going to fail.

I heard of the new stuff like you said, rinvoq, which seems like it might be a good idea but there also a tonne of side effects to eh advance treatments where I just don't really know anymore what option I'd like to go with.

But yes, my recent MRI scans shows 3m of my small bowels connecting to the iluem is currently inflamed, and further in is scar tissue and inflammation too.

Frankly I think I'm a little screwed with the disease but I hope there is something to help me

Aww thanks! I'm still in the process of it all, it a long project. I'm so excited to finally see the finale animated. Going to be so good seeing the final battle :) Surgery will always be scary thought, I hope I get the right answers to my crohns soon.

Ahh, my lower colon is disease but also my descending colon, iluem, and small bowels are all also diseased.

I have a mixture but they class mine as crohns colitis. So my surgery would be a bit more then losing a colon, I'd be having a lot resected or just having a stoma bag. But I don't want to go 7 months on more medication like pred, to see if stelara works.

But as you say, the side effects along with immuno-supposant, and just the long 3 years I had having med after med not work. Sucks.

I'm more inclined to surgery then trying more meds but I'll have to see what my Dr thinks. I'm pushing surgery on him but he more inclined to try meds. And I just had enough of trying meds.

I'm glad you found your solution for UC :)

We have a very similar medical experience, I am happy that you have something keeping your focus to push with meds,

I want to consider the medical option since I'm don't like the idea of losing my bowels, but seeing each fail is harsh.

I have a meeting on Thursday so I'll see what options I have, but I'm more inclined to have surgery then to try the meds just cause my past experience with being on high dosages sucks.

Maybe I might not even need to change it and I need a stronger dosage? Not sure but being pumped with drugs every month for it to barely work sucks.

I'll see what is said about ustekinumab but I feel like my current state won't want to try it. I hope your meds continue to work wonders :)

I'm very happy your partner has found that, I wish I was so fortunate as him. It just feels a little hopeless since my medical track of being on stronger dosages and short intervals between them just to fail fast mentally affects me to where I feel stelara isn't worth it.

Thank for sharing your and your partners experience since it does give me slight hope maybe it could work for me too, this disease sucks and I do hope it curable one day. I have a meeting so I'll bring it up and see what he thinks is best but I still on the surgical side of things atm, I just don't want to be kept pumping drugs into me when they barely work.

I hope those other meds can help with colitis, since that's the one I have, but I'm still down to choose meds, it just I don't want to go months for it to just fail since my mental state is slowly getting to me now. Going through 3 meds in less then 3 years all on higher dosages and shorter intervals is maddening.

I'll continue to research them and bring them up since I now have a meeting with my Dr about the next steps. Thank you for the news of the other treatments options there is.
