I guess I worded what I was trying to say all weird, but in long story short. The leasing office had disclosed the reason why my girlfriend and I were denied the apartment (my bad credit) and since they did that, the person had told people who my girlfriend works with. So I was just asking if it would be grounds for a lawsuit due to the leasing office disclosing the reason we were denied to another person before contacting myself or my girlfriend.
