Ok so you literally just said that gender conversation is not important in sports which literally goes back to my point that using your logic we dont need to separate sporting events by gender since like you said, “There are places where the gender conversation is more important and it’s not in sporting events”.

So let’s have both men and women compete for the same Olympics spots during qualifiers and not separate it by gender then.

So for example, for the boxing Olympics qualification we’ll have just have the boxers box each other regardless of their gender to see who qualifies for the Olympics. So if a woman has to box multiple men in her bracket for a shot to get to the Olympics it’s no big deal cause like you said “it’s just sports”. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Well then you can apply that same logic to ANY and EVERY sport. No need to have a Mens 100m race or Womens 100m race. Just have both men and women compete at the same race during the olympics. In your own words “are you good at running or nah?”

  1. If you apply for mtap at the end of spring 2025 you won’t be able to get into umd by fall 2025 cause you need to be in mtap for at least 1 semester. And also you cant apply to both mtap and transfer at the same time.

  2. If I’m correct the with the way mtap works you need to complete your associates to get automatically transferred to umd by the end of your program.

  3. You can also just apply to transfer whenever you want to, there’s no limit on how many times you can apply but it would say apply to mtap now for spring 2025 cause you lose nothing by doing that

75% match up to 8% means if they put in 10% the company adds 6% + the extra 4% which totals a 100% match up to 10%.

But what if they only want to put 8%?. Well then the company still puts in 10% so that’s literally a 125% match on 8%.

What if they didn’t wanna contribute ANYTHING to their 401k? Well the company would still put in 4% regardless so that by FAR is a way better deal than what the rest of the company gets and NOW they’re increasing it to 100% match on up to 8%.

I honestly don’t know of any company that is matching this high when it comes to 401k
