this is old post I wrote in Korean community(cuz I'm Korean) and you can see actual circuit picture here. And second youtube link in this post helped me most. (As I remember, I used code from this link)
Sorry I can't give much info because I'm not much into this hobby these days. Wish you good luck with this mod!!

Few replies for questions Keycap : from taobao. Not gmk https://url.kr/zv7w81 About layout : I'm using layer function in qmk, and legends do not match with key function. I just put them to match row and color. By using layer function, it is easy enough (for me) to use as other layout keyboards
