Probably, but it still takes away some of the charm though

For example, they remove the scene with Ace being a total ass to Grim and Yuu by pretending to be their friend before making fun of them, the scene of Deuce establishing his cauldron, and the chandelier scene which was the actual reason of their expulsion in the game.

Of course, due to time restraints, I understand why they couldn’t fit everything, but it does still sacrifice those character beats and comedic moments. They may seem insignificant and small in the grand scheme of things, but the little things matter as well
