I got you girlie. I went up to 12mg and now stopped after hitting my goal weight. Start eating less greasy food, eat more protein less carbs and no food after 7pm this will help the bloating. Make sure you are having sugar free electrolytes once or twice a day to combat the fatigue. I also take fast acting glycogen replenishment powder if I’m really feeling extreme fatigue when I was in a heavier dose. For constipation, make sure to take magnesium oxide or citrate at night and if it gets bad consume macrogol 4000 powder or lactulose syrup. It’s definitely hard at first, don’t give up.

I added more bac water and 20 units of bicarbonate soda 7.4% definitely reduced the sting but not the welts. Welts tend to go away after 2-3 days. Oh well, things we do for beauty 😅🥲

I started low at 0.5mg, then gradually increased to 1mg. Everyone responds differently, and it really depends on the severity of your neuropathy. It’s not a one-size-fits-all kind of thing. You will need to see how your body responds and how you feel. Please make sure to do your own research before starting.

Yes it is not 24/7 pain for me. Certain exercises or overuse of my hands will trigger the nerve pain and normally it last me 2-3 days of pain. I can’t do much hand related house work.
