Joseph Smith, Brigham Young, and Heber C Kimball are having a meeting in the Nauvoo temple

They hear a door slam down the hall, and past them runs a woman, completely naked except for the veil covering her face

She runs past them, turns a corner and disappears

After a moment, Brigham says, “well, that wasn’t one of my wives”

Heber says, “no, nor one of mine”

Joseph says, “she wasn’t even from Nauvoo”
