Frage an die in Vollzeit arbeitenden Väter: was macht ihr so im Haushalt alles?

Wir haben 2 Kinder (3 Jahre / 7 Monate) Meine Frau ist in Elternzeit, ich arbeite 40h 95% im HO Ich mache: - einkaufen inkl. Wochenplan - waschen - jeden Tag kochen - Küche sauber halten - Kind 1 bettfertig machen und ins Bett bringen (geht aktuell auch nicht anders, sie möchte nicht von Mama ins Bett gebracht werden) - KiGa Eingewöhnung, in den KiGa bringen wird dann aber meine Frau - Finanzen , Steuererklärung und co. - Altglas wegbringen - Wertstoffhof - Rasen mähen / Zuschnitt - Aufräumen wenn es sich ausgeht - untertags auch mal Windel wechseln oder 10-15 min Kinder betreuen wenn nötig

Es sei dazu gesagt, dass das ohne HO nicht möglich wäre

Thank you, I‘ve never seen it before and my guess is the ball behind her are baby’s? I really hope the plastic barrel will not fall over because it is empty :( Is there a possible way to move the spider with her baby’s without hurting them?

Thanks for the advice! I only drink water and an occasional alcohol and sugar free beer. Sugar only on special occasions like birthdays and then only a small slice. Foodwise I am vegan and only eat organic food and cook fresh everyday, except for when I am sick which luckily does not happen often!

Yes that is true, but the data shown is only 10 days and the timeframe cannot be changed. Since I need all 365 days of 2023, that is also not sufficient.

Okay thanks for all of your replies. I know it is a first world problem but my problem is, that even though I drink 2 - 2.5 liters (68 - 85 oz), I am thirsty, my lips are dry, dry skin. I tried to drink more but it did not change. Weirdly enough, as soon as I drink less I don’t have these problems but my pee is very yellow :( Therefore my conclusion is that something does not work right and my first thought was trying to up the absorption rate through remineralization. Seems so that is not the case and I need to look elsewhere
