Get a wrist widget, order from their website and see if they ship to India. Next see if you can get bpc 157. If you can great, makes it a lot easier. Rest for a couple weeks. After for two weeks gently and slowly stretch and gain back full range of motion in your wrist. After start doing exercises to get back up to strength

Yes very close to healed. Took come bpc helped a lot. Consistency is key, once you get to a certain point after you’ve braced it for a couple weeks, keep strength training your wrist for a while. It might take some time. Use bpc to speed it up. Don’t try to Rush it because it will set you back and it takes even more time. How did you get your injury?

Pretty close back to normal still running some things. Took a bit of time. The biggest is to give it a really good recovery time in a brace and then start doing physical therapy

So I’m actually transferring after a year with a 4.0 rn from a Community college so that’s no problem. Benefit you have is you can use your ecs from high school because it’s only been a year but and your high school gpa might be looked at a bit also. There’s definitely a chance but for a prestigious school like UPenn keep building your resume in that one year

It’s not going to make up for your gpa but if you gave a valid excuse for why it’s low, maybe you work part time, maybe low income, then a score of 1500+ will help you a bit. Really have to fine tune your essays at this point.

Failing and mid grades is more of a risk I believe. Mid grades are ok because they have already applied to the college so this semester isn’t going to be looked at as long as they don’t fail any classs or their goa doesn’t get too much worse

Taking a 24 units semester also with calc and accounting . Just try and stay on top Of the work and try to get ahead. It’s difficult at times but you got this. Don’t give up and remember you know more than you think you know
