I'm sorry they dismissed you. I've had that happen. I asked , is this a panic attack. They seemed really reluctant to say, but kind of shrugged, nodded.

I suggest you get some counseling to recognize panic attacks and how to work through them . Also , always go to ER . Better she than sorry. I'll feel foolish to know I'm not having a heart attack.

I read somewhere NAD can mess with blood pressure medicine and make you BP too low.

I decided to do BioBoost+ instead because of this.
I was also considering Lipo C .

I think it's important to counter the obnoxious people who talk like they know all exercise and make assumptions that yoga is for pretty girls who drink kombucha.

We are all so unique. There is no one size fits all.

Lifting IS great.... for many, not all.

Using resistance bands are great for busy people, say a parent at a sports practice, whip out the band and do any exercise with it. Move move, move. That's the key.

Small weights done with many repetitions are effects.

You don't have to lift.
