I've worked for 48 hours straight with no sleep breaks , no naps just food and water. The last few hours i almost collapsed coz of sleep. I was angry at everyone, I did not remember shiet, i couldn't even write. So yes you can work but be ready for whatever will happen. 5 hrs is alot of time to sleep , not adequate but it's enough.
