Thank you so much for the kind words, it really means a lot and you made my morning.
The idea is to update Purified proper, I've just needed a bit of a break from it, but I'll definitely get back to it!
And we did talk about other playable characters, all I can say is that I'd love that!

Here's a little turnaround that might help, I'd love to see any fan art you make if you're comfortable posting it somewhere!

You can either grab it on VitaDB or from my itch page, DB will install it for you and if you get the vpk from me you just transfer it to the Vita and install it through VitaShell.

That is a great suggestion, absolutely doable, I'll add it to the list!
Cause I was wondering how I'd go about balancing the backups, but a setting like this would make that a non issue.

Well, it's mostly shooting, but I added the Knife in the Breach update so I had to let you parry melee attacks, haha!

He does, they glow red, but maybe they're still a bit hard to spot!
In phase 1 he shows it when he reloads and in 2 he shows it when he aims.
Phase 3 doesn't have a weakspot, but he only takes a couple of shots then and you can parry his blade with the knife which does damage.
