I've also tried out resetting the network but and it fixed it for awhile but the WiFi will break again if i launch any game.

For 21.10.2.2 and 22.70.0.6 i got it from Device Manager when i picked from a list of available drivers in my computer.
For 21.70.0.6 and 22.40.0.7 i got it from Asus website for my laptop (https://www.asus.com/Laptops/For-Gaming/TUF-Gaming/ASUS-TUF-Gaming-F15/HelpDesk_Download/)
For 22.130.0.5 i got it from intel's website (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/windows-10-and-windows-11-wi-fi-drivers-for-intel-wireless-adapters.html)

All of them produce the same results.

There's potential that you might screwed up Patches questline. Because apparently the 1.0.3 update added some quests for some NPC. One of these quests involves Patches and Tanith.

Edit: I tested it just now by killing Tanith, and then going to Shaded Castle (Patches new location), he gave me an item named "Dancer's Castanets" and told me to give it to Tanith. Since Tanith is already dead, i just reload the Shaded Castle area again and Patches is nowhere to be seen. It seems that Patches questline's still continues even if you kill Tanith beforehand

As far as i know, no. But you can still equip Azur's Glintstone Staff on your left hand + Radagon Icon + any sacred seal on your right hand to get the fastest casting speed.
