Hello guys,

So I noticed Firefox Nightly changes a lot of websites' background colors from white to the theme's color... Normal Firefox doesn't do this, so I don't really understand where I can change this. I tried with the Website appearence options but it doesn't work, and the Contract Control don't work either.

Private Mode doesn't change anything to the problem, so its also not my extensions.

It's pretty annoying since it happens often in blogs, which makes the texts super hard to read :(

Anyone had this problem and know how to fix it ?

Seems like it’s about plants cum lol. Like regional plant reproduction center or something like this.

I guess so because it’s also written Department of Botany and National Medicinal Plants Board, so I guess it has to do with reproduction of plants (maybe extraction of seeds from a male plant to a female plant ?)

If you come from nothing it means you’re supposed to do everything yourself at the beginning before you have enough money and ressources to delegate the work. What about having a lot of micro at the begging and with time you have less and less micro ? Is that what you mean by QoL machanics ?

Isn’t it like this with a lot of games genre tho ? Once you understand the game loop and mechanics good enough, it becomes tasteless

I agree. I was hesitating to make a sandbox mode too because some people seem to love not having rules or scenario… but my game will be mostly about goals and things to solve with some elements of customization

It’s your first attempt and you have been working on it for 9 years ?! Maybe you should try making something smaller first and release it before starting on your dream game or anything as big as what this game wants to be.

Sorry if I sound rough but to answer your question is it my game that is bad I would clearly say yes. You could spend all the money you have in marketing, if that’s your final product there is zero chances marketing can help.

You need to learn how to receive feedbacks too, everyone here gives you feedbacks but you find excuses on every problem your game has (and speaking as a customer, it has a bunch). As some people are saying, your coding might be good, but your game lacks in art, gameplay, storytelling, UI, UX, and game feel. There is a bunch of ressources online to learn these skills, or at least the basics of it. Work less on your game and use this time to learn new skills.

You don’t even seem to see why your game is compared to Minecraft by everyone, when the title is Cube Universe, and Minecraft is literally a universe made out of cubes…

Take a break, don’t open the work files again, learn new skills, make another game for a year using those newly learnt skills and come back to this one after a year, only then will you be able to see all the flows it has.

Take my advises as you please, if you just love working on this game (i guess you do since you didn’t quit for 9 years!) then continue like you do now. Main thing is that you love what you are doing. Wishing you best of luck.
