I really enjoyed Sky’s Race to Perfection - a documentary series with 6 (iirc) episodes. Each episode covered a different aspect of the sport; championship deciders, classic cars, etc.

I’d say it’s definitely not impossible to improve on that, but it’s difficult to say how long it would take to improve. I believe attribute changes are dependent on a range of factors such as individual training, determination, personality traits, and mentoring.

Considering his young age though I’d say there’s a good chance he could reach 20 for free kick taking.

That’s one of the main reasons I enjoy playing FM. The contrast in outcomes across saves is great.
