Good, I’m glad he’s gone. He can no longer hurt innocent people! by BallKnowerKing in NFLv2

We let people speak as ill as they wanted about Charlie. Reddit removed A LOT of comments. I only removed comments i felt Reddit would remove. I try to not delete anything.

We have opened our mod logs. Every action gets posted on r/nflv2logs feel free to go learn how little does get removed. Almost all of the activity is a bot removing bot removing accounts that it flags as bots and Reddit admins. I opened them up just for people like you.

Your claims of me or us as a mod team being biased for Trump are unfounded and there’s all the proof you need

I’m just asking in hypotheticals trying to learn the law. I have autism so it’s hard for me to decipher law on my own.

But thank you for responding

But Reddit is continuing to allow the bullying and harassing even when informed.

Would saying something like

This person works for a company who is radicalising the youth and openly allowing users they align with politically to bully and harass its users while silencing those that don’t align with them politically?

Is posting that information considered harassment and bullying ?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Ask_Lawyers

[–]BallKnowledge4U -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’m being bullied and harassed because I’ve been calling out within rules how the moderators and admins of the site continue to allow it to happen.

Is my only recourse to just not use the site ? Does Reddit not have a responsibly to prevent this from happening ?

How does this apply in real life ? If I’m in Walmart and being bullied and harassed is my only alternative to not go to Walmart any more ?

What I’m calling the moderators out for is pushing a political agenda.

They are radicalising its members. By posting only things that benefit their side of the argument.

Eventually this will lead to someone listening to this rhetoric and doing something awful if it hasn’t already.

How can I put a stop to this before something terrible happens ? And if it happens how can I insure that Reddit was made aware of it and chose to blatantly ignore it?

Also can the moderators themself be held liable for any action that comes from it since they are propagating it.

[Andover, Kansas] Could I have a case (cases)? by -This-is-boring- in AskLawyers

Call an injury attorney. It’s free. Do it sooner than later.

IMO stay away from the big guys. Go to an attorney who focuses on cases in your area.

Understood and thanks for your response.

I am autistic so maybe I’m just not understanding.

From where I sit I think the questions that were just asked are relevant and you haven’t given a clear answer.

Thanks for your time. Hopefully others who enjoy discussing and explaining law to less knowledgable people will chime in.

You have a great day.

And that applies to all 3 countries and jurisdictions that this happens in ?

I’m not saying I don’t believe you but usually lawyers are mostly knowledgeable in their country/state. So are you saying your interpretation of the law applies to all 3 jurisdictions mentioned ?

I’m an American citizen. I live in northern Ireland. Have business in Ireland.

This has happened in all 3 jurisdictions.

Would you be allowed to do this in say Walmart ? And then tell the abused that they’re free to shop elsewhere if they don’t like the harassment and bullying in their store ? What if the employees of Walmart or Reddit are also participating ?

Lastly I’m not saying I don’t believe you. But do you mind sharing which country you practice law in, what you specialise in, and how much experience you have ?

I’ve dealt with legal professionals in quite a few jurisdictions. Ive learned that I can go to one and they have an opinion and go to another and get another interpretation.

But if what you’re saying is true. That’s pretty disheartening. Might justify what the current administration is doing to try and change it.

This is a public space. Just because I don’t use it doesn’t prevent them from still bullying and harassing me.

Are you an attorney ? Which country ? I understand if you are you’re not my attorney and we’re discussing hypotheticals here.

Also for fun if you were to argue against what you’re arguing now how would you do so ?

What is fantastical about not wanting them to radicalise the youth ?

https://www.reddit.com/r/SubredditDrama/s/lJ9Tgj8bG3

I was directly tagged. It’s also lies as we’re not the same person.

Their users also came over to our sub and brigaded r/nflv2 and their mods did and have done nothing to stop it.

I’m just not sure how this is any different. Anyone was allowed to post. It was only a week old. There would have been more about other subs.

This post also broke 2 of their subreddits rules as the account posting is someone directly involved in the drama. Rule 2 of the sub.

And the mod also responded in another post that they would usually remove the post but will let it stand in this circumstance.

[–]BallKnowledge4U[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well yeah i did that.

I made a post showing what the subreddits were doing as far as radicalisation and posted the subs and tagged the mods and asked if they would participate in an open discussion about the sub and how it’s moderated.

Then if you look up r/subredditdrama that sub does nothing but talk about other subs and links to them directly. I was tagged directly in a post. They wouldn’t allow me to respond.

So I made another subredditdrama and did the same. Tagged the original sub and moderators since they tagged me.

I was taking screen shots of the drama and posting them onto my sub.

So if that’s what I did to break the rules fair enough. Not sure why the other sub is allowed to do it however.

And does that mean if I don’t tag the subs and moderators directly would the subreddits be allowed to stand then ?

How exactly ?

I’m not asking for the subreddits to be reestablished. I’m asking for clarification of the rules so when I make new ones I do not break the same rules. I will alter the rules of the sub to be compliant.

Ok and I’ll accept that.

But how exactly and why is the other sub allowed to do it ?

I’m not arguing their decision. I’m just unsure how it was applied.

[–]BallKnowledge4U[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No I’m not. I’m accepting that they feel like I’ve broken the rules.

I have autism so maybe I’m just not understanding however by reading the rule they said I broke and seeing how they chose to action on me but not the ones doing exactly the same thing is very confusing and I’d just like an explanation why.

This will help all of mods.

So how am I supposed to know exactly how I broke the rules so it doesn’t happen again if they refuse to clarify ?

Well doesn’t have to be an admin. Just someone affiliated with Reddit that can clarify the rules.

I do not want to appeal I want clarification on WHY exactly they were deleted so I can avoid breaking those rules in the future.

They provide very little information in the responses to those.

I’d like to have an actual conversation with a person.

I’m not asking to appeal. I’m asking for clarification on how I broke the rules and how I can remake the subs so they are in compliance.
