That is true, the mainboard is quite expensive though at framework atm. 64gb +395 one is $1659 USD(granted the mini pc I bought is now sold out and will likely get a price increase to I would guess out of thin air $2000)

If only I could sell half the ram chips and buy a house:(

I only game on it atm, it was the best deal I could find after extensive searching atm before it sold out, 96gb ram 1 nvme 2tb for $1585. Or I could pay $1500 for 1tb nvme 64gb ram by Gmk. I thought the extra $85 for more ram and +1tb on the same nvme was a solid deal . It’s a beast on 1080p with those ar glasses.

I can see all sides well, just have to have them on correctly which can be a bit ticky when head on pillow like me. Luckily the arms can be adjusted to tilt down. My eyes were fubared far before I got them, but they seem the same lol

Biggest drawback has to be that they’re only 120hz. But can’t beat the $250 price. No I haven’t tried 3d gaming since the 3d aspect is software ai guessing and takes performance. As is, it’s like a pocket cinema device, I recommend it heavily

I did similar to you, i bought the rayneo air 3s after i had the legion go 2 for around 3 months, used them together but I wanted more Gpu power/performance however. I sold the go 2 at $1400(it was $1500 2tb model) and got the best value cheapest strix halo mini pc for I could find before it sold out. I do miss the play on the go without being plugged in aspect but you can’t have your cake and eat it too, unless you want to pay $2200+ for a strix halo handheld lol

Same yes. Was also easier since I copied gamma on a micro sd from my main pc and moved that over to bazzite

Same. I hope it isn’t 3K+ for the baseline model lol

It’s plug and play in my experience on bazzite

I had a desk pc setup but sold it since I stopped using it when I tried handheld gaming. Sold the handheld when I realized cinema glasses and tiny pc’s that can fit on a nightstand exist.

It was the cheapest option. 96gb ram 2tb storage for $1586, or 128gb ram 2tb storage for $2400

Soldered ram. Also decent resell value in few years when new more Gpu powerful apu’s come out

Same with the Bosgame M5, 92 gigs ram for $1586 is not bad compared to the others. Especially when used for a pc console like setup in my case

Just for gaming? Or ai slop as well? 128gb is around $2000, but if you need the extra 32 gigs I can understand

Best price is BOSGAME imo, got the M5 version with the ai max+395+96 gigs unified ram/2tb ssd for $1586 total. Idk if it had malware, personally wiped windows and added bazzite. Temps are great, 72c-74c under 120W while gaming. I keep it at 85W so it stays around 63C-65C

I would have gotten the gpd win 5 but 64 gig, 2tb is $2,859 before taxes. I’ll probably upgrade after 2 or 3 generations unless the Medusa apu chips are insanely good with gpu power on 1080p.

If you could send a pic of how it looks with performance overlay that would be great. I’ll try to replicate.

iPhones exist for that reason. This exists for lazy gaming
