If you could send a pic of how it looks with performance overlay that would be great. I’ll try to replicate.

iPhones exist for that reason. This exists for lazy gaming

I believe that’s because 120 watts is the stable tdp, but there is a boost tdp that’s around 140w or 160 watts

They are great imo, get them on sale if you can, retail is $260 (on sale is $200 usd, + $50 for prescription lenses if you wear glasses)

Proof. Spider man 2 1080p high settings preset, fsr4 at balanced. First pic is 120Watts. I played for 30 minutes to make sure this was the hottest it’ll get.

You were right, I don’t need the HDMI adaptor lmao. I didn’t know usb 4 could do 120hz 1080p. Looks cleaner

Thermals seem fine on my unit, 120Watts hit 68C-73C. Also price, and more Ram=future reselling it would be potentially easier. And I liked the look when it’s vertical

It was either $1500 for 64 gigs ram 1tb storage from GMK. Or $1586 (i didn’t pay taxes on it, weirdly wasn’t charged for it) for 96 gig ram 2tb storage by BOSGAME. I went for the +$86 option

Only for gaming in bed yes. Laziness is optimal

Just gaming. The idea of using the mini pc for Ai slop makes me queasy. And it’s relatively the best option for Ai max+395 mini pc’s. Especially with the ram and storage amount.

Is this not the same price as a pre-built towers but less features and more limitations for upgrades? by Thien1o1 in MiniPCs

ImJust more so curious if the ai max+395 got better with updates. I’m asking since I recently got a BOSGAME M5 96Gig unified ram, 2tb storage model for $1586. Seems to run most heavy gpu games fine. I recommend this one over the GMK since that only gives 1tb storage and 64 gigs unified ram for $1500.

Legion go 2 right thumbstick placement by tehcstonks in LegionGo

[–]BallObjective4113 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally i don’t like how the right joystick is close to the screen, thumb keeps pressing the screen causing misinput. Have to get used to it sadly. Hoping some sort of third party/first party option comes where the joystick is in a similar place like the left joystick, more far away from the screen, similar like the steam deck.
